Cape Cod 5 and Fidelity Bank both named 2024 "Top Places to Work"

Hyannis, MA and Leominster, MA – We are pleased to share that both Cape Cod 5 and Fidelity Bank have been named to the Boston Globe list of “Top Places to Work in MA” for 2024. This recognition is reflective of the cultural alignment among Mutual Bancorp’s family of banks, the focus on supporting colleagues professionally and individually, as well as the passion and dedication of the incredible teams that we have in place, who are committed to serving clients and communities across southeastern and central MA.
The “Top Places to Work” list is created based upon responses from an employee-based survey that was completed by nearly 68,000 workers at 323 companies across the commonwealth.
